Nourish Yourself at Dragonfly Yoga Barn
Nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains, The Dragonfly Yoga Barn creates a perfect balm for the soul. Be in community with like minded women as we learn to value all of the ways in which we can we can be nourished; food, fire gazing, quiet moments, listening deeply and being heard. All of this and more to support you in deep healing and relaxation.
Organic Farm to Table Meals
Dragonfly Yoga Barn proudly offers consciously-prepared vegetarian meals of local organic produce, and happily creates all of their own yummy side dishes, soups, and delectable desserts. Your meals will be lovingly prepared by celebrated vegetarian chef Declan O’Connell. Expect to feel balanced, nourished and deeply cared for. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets can be accommodated.
Light breakfast is served in the studio kitchenette: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and herbal tea.
Brunch is served mid morning in the O’Connell Farmhouse kitchen and consists of a bountiful variety of scones, breads, quiches and omelets, fruit salads, oatmeal, and cereals, teas, coffee, etc.
Tasty afternoon snacks are brought to the studio or porch. You are also welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. There is a fridge in the studio for your use, as well as a kettle and microwave.
Dinner is also served in the Farmhouse and is always a delight for the senses. You are welcome to bring an adult beverage to enjoy responsibly with your meal.
Accommodations
There are two dorm style rooms that each hold 4 handcrafted bunk beds equipped with storage drawers and steps to upper bunks. All of the beds are prepared with fresh linens, fleece blankets, and pillows. You may bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, or blankets if you prefer. Bath towels and face cloths are provided. All of the towels and linens are laundered with organic soaps and softeners. $599 through June 1. $625 thereafter
We have a limited number of private and semi-private rooms available in the farmhouse. There are 2 cats in the O’Connell family, so it is imperative that guests lodging in the house do not have pet allergies. These rooms are offered at an up-charge as follows:
Semi-Private:
These 2 rooms share a bathroom and are on the second floor of our farmhouse.
~Kitchen Loft Suite: 3 guests, sharing; 2 queens and 1 twin bed. $100pp for 3 guests
~Sunnyside: 1 guest; 1 full sized bed. $150
Private:
Our private queen bedroom faces the mountains and is the only one with a private en suite bathroom.
~Mountainside: 1-2 guests, sharing; 1 queen bed. $200

Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms, two of which have showers. We are happy for you to help the environment by drying your towels on the hooks and reusing during your stay but are also glad to offer you fresh linens each day if you wish.
Hiking
The retreat center is within distance of several breathtaking hiking trails. The nearby swimming hole Cold River, as well as Swift River, which winds its way through the little valley that Dragonfly calls home.
