Classical Yoga & Retreats
Lanta received her 200-hour and 500-hour teacher training in Classical Yoga at the YogaLife Institute of NH. Her classes are mindful, interwoven with yogic philosophy and open to all levels. Her unique style and sense of realness invites ease in her students. Teaching since 2010, she is passionate about sharing how to live the 8-fold path of yoga and step into one’s authentic expression.
When not on the mat, Lanta enjoys her life on a 200 year old farm in Strafford with her husband and 3 sons and leading retreats domestically and internationally.
My goal for Nourish Body Mind Soul is to foster acceptance, compassion and loving-kindness for oneself and for all living beings.
