For equestrians, the practice of yoga can help improve a rider’s suppleness and strength, and increase body awareness, symmetry, and control. But yoga also teaches us how to remain present and centered, thereby improving communication, understanding, and empathy for our equine partner. It can help us remain grounded in the moment, allowing us to move past the roadblocks any equestrian can experience in the journey to build a positive, trusting relationship with her horse.
Are you ready to uplevel YOUR horsemanship, improve the relationship with your horse, and remove the obstacles holding you back? If so, join professional equestrian Christina Keim, M.Ed., M.F.A., CYT-200, of Cold Moon Farm, for an Introduction to Equestrian Yoga. Together, we will explore the connections between your physical body, breath, and mindset, and work to unharness your true potential, both in and out of the saddle. NO previous yoga experience is required!
Classes will be held in person at Nourish mindbodysoul in Barrington, NH, or online via Zoom. You can “drop in” for a single session, sign up for the whole series, or anything in between.
