Join Jess and Cherie in this special two-hour session to explore the five koshas, tap into the relaxation response, and reconnect to all of life with a deeper awareness. Koshas are energetic layers of our body that surround our souls. These koshas exist together and are nestled within each other. Attention to our koshas can awaken deeper states of awareness, aid in a sense of connection to ourselves and to all living beings, all of which can help bring positive changes in our lives. As we journey through the sheaths of our koshas, we will practice several techniques to amplify our experience.
Beginning with Trataka, a cleansing candlelight meditation, then moving through restorative yoga poses with a focus on each of the five koshas and guided meditation and closing our time together with chanting to seal in the qualities of our inner self, divine love, grace, truth, and blissfulness. All enhanced with Reiki, an unconditionally loving flow of life force energy from Source.
