She is a licensed Acupuncturist and she with just a few simple acupuncture points, can promote relaxation, reduce stress and agitation, and even improve sleep. It’s the perfect way to boost the benefits of your yoga class and keep calm through the holiday rush. Instead of traditional needles, she uses gentle press balls or ear seeds applied to specific acupuncture points on the ear or inner wrist.
