Led with compassion, Cherie’s classes are a combination of creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and laughter to encourage individuality, compassion, self-love, and radical self-acceptance in her students. Her hope is that her students take what they learn on the mat, off the mat into their daily lives for an inner sense of peace and joyfulness.
Cherie’s intention is to make yoga accessible for all; to pass along the benefits yoga has gifted to her, just as her teachers and mentors did for herself. Cherie, RYT200, is an independent yoga instructor and resident of Strafford N.H. where she lives with her husband and feline fur babies.

Sheila began her journey into Yoga in her 40’s as a way to maintain her flexibility and strength through a gentle form of exercise. She soon realized there was much more to yoga than she expected. It became an exploration of the ancient philosophy and classical orientation of the 8 limbs of Yoga – a way of life. Sheila graduated from YogaLife Institute of New Hampshire’s 200 hour Classical Yoga teacher training program in February of 2012 and 300 hour Comprehensive Yoga Therapy program in June of 2013. Through her practice as a student and teacher, Sheila has discovered that students find their own unique balance and wholeness in this life long practice. Sheila’s passion is keeping adults moving with grace into their mature years and in assisting them in finding their harmony and balance. Sheila is also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
When not on the mat, Sheila enjoys being outdoors in nature – walking, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing or spending time with her growing family – two adult sons, daughters in law and 4 grandchildren (so far). She resides in Strafford with her husband Jon and intrepid Chihuahua, Poppy.
