Honor the turning of the seasons with deep rest, reflection, and reconnection. As the earth’s energy shifts inward, the class encourages students to do the same. The focus moves away from summer’s outward, high-energy activity towards quiet contemplation and rest.
This 90-minute workshop combines both Yoga and Reiki healing practices to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. This mindful practice will include gentle movement and nourishing restorative poses that will be held for extended periods to slow down, reflect, and nourish yourself on every level.
This class offers a complementary hands on reiki treatment with essential oils for optimal relaxation.
